Sandman Hotel Penticton

I am handicapped and when I checked in the man at the front desk was most accommodating, changing my room to one very near the rear parking lot, so I wouldn't have far to go to my room.

The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me for several needs I had. You can't staff nicer than. Shelby and I believe her name is Jane,( that was covering from Kelowna)Those 2 need a raise !!! Absolutely wonderful people .

Location and staff were Beyond awesome. we came into town for an event that was nearby the hotels. Retro style rooms were funky.

A bit worn but totally respectable and very clean. Pool excellent. Dennys convenient. All in all a great place to stay with the kids while we skied at Apex.

The furniture probably dated, but they seem to be well kept. Everything looks very clean, beds are comfortable. Very good location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and gas station are near by.
