I am handicapped and when I checked in the man at the front desk was most accommodating, changing my room to one very near the rear parking lot, so I wouldn't have far to go to my room.

The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me for several needs I had. You can't staff nicer than. Shelby and I believe her name is Jane,( that was covering from Kelowna)Those 2 need a raise !!! Absolutely wonderful people .

Location and staff were Beyond awesome. we came into town for an event that was nearby the hotels. Retro style rooms were funky.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Had everything we needed. Good rates. Close to everything we had to attend. Coffee available in the lobby.

Very central and clean. Free parking. We received 30 minutes grace regarding our checkout time as we had been taken out for breakfast by some friends and we were a bit late back… we were extremely grateful for this. Thanks to reception!

Location to tourist attractions, roomy atrium with pool and jacuzzi facilities. Lots of parking.

Courteous staff , clean pool and hot tub. I forgot my glasses in my room . I called on my way back home to Vancouver Island and a staff member went and retrieve them from the room immediately. They helped me organize a pickup for shipment. Sandman went above and beyond, I am Grateful.

Great location close to the beach & channel. Kitchenette was a great money saver to not have to eat out for each meal. Swimming pool and hot tub was a big hit with our group it was nice to unwind and relax.
